We train: Calf Roping * Team Roping * Steer Roping Horses
We really enjoyed learning some calf roping and
horsemanship fundamentals with Brent. He was very patient with
the boys. They were a little leery going in but on the way home
they were already planning their next trip. They had a great
time and learned a lot too. We look forward to going back as
soon as possible.

Thank you very much for my recent team roping lesson. My hour lesson turned into a full day of developing my roping and riding skills which has given me a huge boost to my confidence level. Your patience and attention to details identified my unique issues. Taking to time to help me make the adjustments I needed to improve my consistency in catching and handling my cattle has given me the edge I was looking for to compete at my level. "Before I had met Brent I was kind of nervous about sending my horse to someone that I didn't even know, but after those first few brief minutes he had all my fears taking away. He treated his horse well he was a very kind and sincere person. When I watched him rope he definitely knew what he was doing. After the roping I met with Brent to get his phone number and a few days later we contacted him and took Roller over there; everyone in my family had pretty much given up on him ever roping again, nothing seemed to work but Brent seemed to think he could get him working again.
A day or two after we had taken him over there Brent called me to update me on how he was doing and what he was doing exactly to try and fix him. I was so impressed with Brent working with him for the next two or three weeks Brent worked with him and just about every other day he would call me and update me on all the details: what Roller was doing wrong, what he was doing to fix him, and about how much longer he believed he would need to keep him there. When
you find a really special horse that you know has the potential
to achieve, the key is putting it in the hands of someone who
can train it correctly. For me, Brent Bennett was that trainer.
Brent took a horse that we knew had special abilities and
brought each one of them to the surface. With the knowledge and
time Brent spent with my animal, she evolved into a premiere
calf horse. After six months of training, my horse competed in
AQHA Calf Roping Shows and placed over horses that were ridden
in the NFR. There are not many people I would recommend to train
a calf horse, but the results that Brent achieved speak for
themselves. I recommend Brent Bennett for anyone who has that special
animal that they want to see become a champion.
